The Auction

We need Auction items!  Part of the tournament involves an auction and dinner.  Work with your student’s team or group….they’ve already chosen a package that you can add to. OR….procure a large ticket item like a vacation condo, sports or event tickets or something similar.  (Again...think outside the box here—connect with your friends, co-workers, employer to come up with items that would be appropriate.)  Connect with the Auction chairs Lisa Schwartzenberger (dolitajo@msn.com) or Becky Rausch (mbrausch@comcast.net) to get more ideas on how you can help with auction procurement.

Sponsorship Opportunities

With sponsorships, you make a difference, connect with Beaver supporters, showcase your community involvement, support sports at Ballard High, enhance your visibility and build business. All sponsors will receive recognition at check-in, auction, and BHS Athletics web site.

Masters Title Sponsor: $15,000
Includes Eage Sponsor benefits (except golf cart signage), plus: your name added to the tournament, along with Victor Salvino Class of 1951 Introductioin at dinner festivities.

Texas BBQ Dinner Sponsor: $10,000
Includes Eagle Sponsor benefits plus: prominent recognition of you/your company at dinner and on bid cards.

Eagle Sponsor: $5,000
Includes Birdie Sponsor benefits plus: Reserved dinner seating for four and a tile with your name on the Beaver Trail at BHS

Birdie Sponsor: $3,000
Includes Par Sponsor benefits plus: One golf foursome and dinner for four, and an opportunity to "staff" course hole.
