Volunteer Information

Hello BHS Coaches/Directors & Parent Representatives,

It is time to start recruiting volunteers for our 2009 BHS Golf Tourney. The following outlines our volunteer needs for August 4th, 2009. Parent Reps, please pass this information on to your families as soon as possible. Please compile a list of volunteers and send it to us or have your volunteers contact us directly. We will need the following information:

Volunteer Check-in	6 (2 per shift)	9am – Noon Noon – 3pm 3pm – 6pm
Goody Bag Table	4-6	9:30am – 11:30am
Putting Contest	6 adult volunteers	9:00 – 11:30am
Course Monitors	Need two adult volunteers	11:00am – 6:00pm
Direct golfers in between course	4 volunteers (2 each shift)	Noon – 3pm 3pm – 6pm
Silent Auction Monitors (on course)	8 (4 per shift)	Noon – 3pm 3pm – 6pm
Hole & Green Spotters	32 volunteers (16 per shift) 50/50 ratio of adult/student	Noon – 3pm 3pm – 6pm
Closest to the pin monitors	12 (6 per shift)	Noon – 3pm 3pm – 6pm
Auction Set up	6-8	4pm – 7pm
Wine Raffle Ticket Sellers	5	5pm – 7pm
Live Auction Up Front & Recorder	2	6pm – 9pm
Spotters/Runner/set up	4	6pm – 9pm
